Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Promethee Wall (“the Promoter”) unless the specific competition states otherwise.

1. Eligibility

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, unless the individual competition states otherwise. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Where an entrant resides at a rented property, entry into the competition constitutes confirmation that the entrant has obtained the prior written consent of the property owner or landlord where required, particularly in relation to any prize that involves work, installation, or delivery to the property.

2. Entry

Entry into this competition is subject to a charge as stated in the individual competition details. The number of entries available is limited and will be clearly stated for each competition. Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, the competition will close, which may be before the advertised closing date. Only the number of entries permitted per person as stated in the individual competition will be accepted. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided for each competition.

3. Prize

The prize for each competition will be as stated in the relevant competition post or page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries, or by a judging panel where a skill-based element is involved, as stated in the individual competition. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Closing Date

Each competition will have a closing date as stated in the individual competition details. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. The competition may close early if the maximum number of entries is reached.

7. Data Protection

Personal data submitted in connection with this competition will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. By entering, participants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8. Publicity

The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name and general location (e.g. county or country) on the Promoter’s website and social media channels, unless they opt out at the time of winning.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw a competition at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
